Product Introduction

Decolorizing Agent is a high-efficiency, cationic polymer (quaternary ammonium–type) engineered to strip color, cut COD, and clarify wastewater in a single step. It neutralizes anionic dye molecules (reactive, acid, direct, disperse) via charge complexation, then bridges them into dense flocs that settle within minutes, achieving >95 % color removal at 50–500 mg L⁻¹ without pH adjustment . The product excels in textile, dye-house, pigment, ink, paper-mill and food-processing effluents, and is compatible with PAC or PAM for synergistic performance . Compared with activated carbon, it avoids secondary pollution and sludge bulking; compared with oxidants, it eliminates the risk of fabric or membrane damage. Stable down to 0 °C (brief stirring restores any stratified liquid), it ships as 30–50 % liquid in 1 t IBCs or 25 kg cans, is NSF/ANSI 60 listed for indirect food-contact, and reduces downstream chemical demand by 20–40 %.
