Drinking Water Grade Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC) is a light yellow powdery inorganic polymer coagulant designed specifically for drinking water treatment. It meets the national drinking water hygiene standards, such as GB 15892-2020/2009. The product is meticulously created using calcium aluminate powder, high-purity hydrochloric acid, and other raw materials. These components are processed through high-temperature and high-pressure reactions or spray drying techniques to ensure that heavy metal content is kept extremely low. For example, arsenic, lead, cadmium, and other indicators are significantly below the national standard limits. This makes PAC suitable for use in settings with stringent requirements for water quality safety.
High purity and safety: Aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) content ≥ 29.5%, salinity 40-90%, heavy metal indicators strictly comply with drinking water standards (such as arsenic ≤ 0.0002%, lead ≤ 0.001%).
Physical properties: Light yellow powder, uniform and fine particles, easily soluble in water, fast dissolution rate, forming large and dense flocs, high settling efficiency.
Environmental protection and economy: The dosage is only 1/2-1/3 of traditional coagulants (such as Aluminum Sulfate), reducing processing costs; Low corrosiveness to equipment, suitable for a wide pH range (3.5-5.0).
Stability: After being prepared into a 10% aqueous solution, it can be stored stably for 30 days and can adapt to different water quality conditions (including low temperature and low turbidity water).
Production process: Adopt spray drying technology to ensure product uniformity and low insoluble matter (≤ 0.1%).
Packaging: 25kg double-layer bag (inner plastic film+outer woven bag), stored in a dry, cool place to avoid moisture or contact with corrosive substances.
Drinking Water Purification:
Both urban waterworks and rural centralized water supply systems are responsible for the removal of turbidity, heavy metals such as arsenic and lead, fluoride, and microorganisms to ensure that the water quality meets the "Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water."
Industrial and Municipal Water Supply:
In the case of industrial and municipal water supply, there is a need for deep purification of industrial circulating water through pretreatment processes and the recycling of water post sewage treatment.
Special Water Quality Treatment:
Specialized water quality treatment is required for efficiently addressing high fluoride water, wastewater containing heavy metals, and low-temperature low turbidity water.
