Polyaluminum ferric .chloride (PAFC) is a kind of inorganic polymer coagulant which is hydrolyzed by aluminum salt and iron salt. According to the principle of synergism, it is a new kind of high efficiency coagulant which is synthesized by adding iron ion or ferric oxide and other iron-containing compounds.It combines the advantages of aluminum salt and iron salt, improves the morphology of aluminum ion and iron ion significantly, and improves the degree of polymerization greatly.
