·Chemical precipitation
This product undergoes a chemical reaction with fluoride ions in water to form precipitates. This is one of the main mechanisms for fluoride removal. Sediments do not dissolve in water and form small precipitate particles. Through precipitation, fluoride ions in water are captured and removed from the water
·Adsorption
This product has strong adsorption performance, it can adsorb fluoride ions in water, adsorb around fluoride ions, form a gas ion envelope, and effectively remove fluoride ions from water.
Usage:
Dilute the defluorination agent with water 3-5 times in advance, add it to the fluorinated wastewater to be treated, mix evenly, then adjust the pH of the wastewater to 7-8, and finally add anionic polyacrylamide for flocculation and sedimentation. The dosage of fluoride removal agent needs to be determined through a small trial based on the concentration of fluoride in the wastewater. When the amount of fluoride removal agent is sufficient, the fluoride can be reduced to<0.5ppm or even 0.
