Product description

 

Boiler specific corrosion and scale inhibitors are mainly composed of a combination of organic acid, polylactic acid, and alkaline synergists, which have high corrosion and scale inhibition performance as boiler scale inhibitors; Its temperature resistance is good, the reagent is alkaline, and its pH value is equivalent to the pH value of the furnace water.
This corrosion and scale inhibitor can be effectively applied to the internal water treatment of various low-pressure boilers, including boilers for water heating, steam, locomotives, etc. It can also be used for corrosion and scale inhibition in water treatment systems such as seawater desalination, distillation, and automotive water tanks.

Usage Method:


1. Add 200g of chemicals to each ton of water to supplement the boiler water. Pay attention to discharge the water during use, requiring it to be discharged once an hour for 5-10 seconds each time. If the boiler is running with scale, increase the amount of corrosion and scale inhibitors, and discharge the water frequently. After 10-20 days of operation, the boiler should be shut down, and the fallen scale should be manually cleaned to prevent it from blocking the pipeline, and then switch to normal operation;
2. If conditions permit, the concentration ratio of furnace water can be measured, controlled at around 10 times, and other parameters can be adjusted according to relevant regulations of the labor department (such as furnace water pH 10-12, etc.);
3. The dosing water tank should be made of plastic products, and the water tank made of cement material should be treated with anti-corrosion treatment, otherwise it is easy to be corroded by chemicals, resulting in an increase in the hardness of the water:
4. The total hardness of boiler make-up water should be controlled within 200mg/L. If the hardness is too high, lime method or other methods can be used to reduce the hardness, otherwise the scale inhibition effect of the boiler scale inhibitor will be affected.
