Product Description:

White Poly Aluminum Chloride (WPAC) is a high-purity inorganic polymer flocculant designed specifically for drinking water treatment. It is made of aluminum hydroxide powder and high-purity hydrochloric acid through the spray drying process.

It is white or milky white powder, easily soluble in water, and the aqueous solution is clear and transparent, without heavy metal impurities. Compared to ordinary Polyaluminum Chloride (yellow or brown), its production process is more refined, with a higher AL ₂ O3 content (≥ 29.5% -30%), lower basicity (about 50%), and a water-insoluble content of only 0.3%.

This product complies with national standards (such as GB 15892-2005, GB 18592-2009) and is widely used in high hygiene standard fields such as drinking water, medicine, cosmetics, etc., gradually replacing traditional coagulants such as Aluminum Sulfate.

Significant characteristics of white drinking water grade polyaluminum chloride are as follows:

High purity and safety: The product is free of iron and other heavy metals, and its aqueous solution is colorless and transparent. It meets drinking water hygiene standards, making it particularly suitable for scenarios with stringent water quality requirements.

Efficient flocculation performance: The multi-nuclear aluminum hydroxide complexes carry strong positive charges, enabling them to quickly adsorb suspended solids and colloids, leading to the formation of dense flocs with fast settling rates.

Adapting to a wide pH range (5.0-9.0): The product displays excellent performance in low temperature and low turbidity water due to its ability to operate within a wide pH range.

Low corrosiveness: With a low degree of hydrolysis, it is minimally corrosive to equipment, making it suitable for water treatment in acidic and neutral environments.

Economy: The dosage required is only one-third to one-half of traditional aluminum salts, resulting in reduced processing costs.

Environmentally friendly: The product features low residual aluminum ions, minimal impact on water salinity, and facilitates the easy disposal of sediment.
