Product Description:

Light yellow Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC) is a highly effective inorganic polymer flocculant specifically formulated for the treatment of drinking water. This PAC grade is intended for the removal of contaminants like suspended solids, colloids, organic substances, and heavy metals in water to ensure the safety of water quality.

The pale yellow color of PAC is a result of meticulous control over raw materials, such as aluminum hydroxide powder, and the utilization of a spray-drying process during production. This ensures both efficiency and safety in its application. PAC is considered a crucial treatment agent for the purification of municipal water supplies and domestic drinking water.

Features:

High purity and safety

Produced using food grade raw materials, strictly controlling the content of heavy metals (lead ≤ 3ppm, arsenic ≤ 0.5ppm, mercury ≤ 0.2ppm) and impurities, meeting drinking water hygiene standards, non-toxic and harmless.

Low content of water-insoluble substances (≤ 0.5%) to avoid secondary pollution.

Efficient flocculation performance

The molecular structure is large, the adsorption capacity is strong, and it can quickly form dense alum flowers. The settling speed is fast, and the treatment efficiency is increased by more than 30% compared to traditional coagulants such as Aluminum Sulfate .

Suitable for a wide pH range (5.0-9.0) and less affected by water quality fluctuations, especially suitable for complex water sources.

Process and stability

Prepared by spray drying process, the particles are uniform and delicate, and easily soluble in water. After dissolution, the solution is colorless and transparent, which does not affect the sense of water.

The alkalinity can be adjusted (generally 70-85%), the flocculation effect is stable, and it remains efficient under low temperature conditions.

Economic and Environmental Protection

The dosage is small (solid products are recommended to be 1-15 grams/ton of water), and the cost is reduced by 15% -30% compared to traditional drugs.
