Industrial grade polyaluminium chloride (PAC) is a highly efficient inorganic polymer coagulant. It is created from premium quality raw materials like calcium aluminate powder, bauxite, and synthetic hydrochloric acid. The production process involves high-temperature and high-pressure polymerization techniques. The PAC can be produced through either spray drying or drum drying methods.
This product is a water-soluble inorganic high molecular polymer with the general chemical formula Al 2 (OH) n Cl 6−n L m , where 'm' denotes the degree of polymerization and 'n' signifies the degree of neutrality of the PAC product.
High Efficiency: Forms large flocs quickly, with good settling and filtration properties. It has a strong adsorption capacity and requires a smaller dosage compared to other coagulants.
Cost-Effective: The treatment cost is lower than other coagulants. It can reduce the Water Treatment cost by 20-80%.
Good Solubility: Easily soluble in water with high activity. It can be dissolved in water at a ratio of 1:3 and then diluted to the required concentration before use.
Wide pH Adaptability: Effective across a wide pH range of 5.0 to 9.0, and can easily adapt to different water temperatures.
Low Corrosivity: Less corrosive and easy to operate. The PAC solution is suitable for automatic dosing.
Versatile Application: Suitable for treating various types of water sources, including drinking water, industrial water, and wastewater.
Water Treatment: Used for the purification of drinking water, surface water, groundwater, industrial water, and industrial recycling water. It is effective in treating wastewater from industries such as printing and dyeing, leather, brewing, meat processing, coal washing, metallurgy, mining, pharmaceuticals, and papermaking.
Special Water Quality Treatment: Can be used to remove iron, cadmium, fluorine, and radioactive pollutants from water.
Other Industries: Applied in paper sizing, cement solidifying, pharmaceutical refining, cosmetics, and as a catalyst carrier. It is also used in the oil refining industry for oil-water separation.
