This Water Treatment Polyacrylamide product has a residual monomer content of less than or equal to 0.05%, which ensures that it is environmentally friendly and safe to use. Its pH value is between 7 and 8, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

As a municipal sewage coagulating chemical, the Water Treatment Polyacrylamide is highly effective in promoting the sedimentation and separation of suspended solids, oil, and other impurities in wastewater. It can be used in conjunction with other chemicals such as ferric sulfate or Aluminum Sulfate to enhance the coagulation effect.

As a potable water clarifying polymer, this water treatment polyacrylamide product is highly effective in removing suspended solids, organic matter, and other impurities that can affect the taste, color, and odor of drinking water. It is commonly used in water treatment plants and filtration systems to improve the quality of potable water.

Application

-Wastewater Treatment

Polyacrylamide is widely used as a flocculant for industrial and municipal wastewater. It effectively removes suspended solids, reduces turbidity, accelerates sedimentation, and improves effluent clarity. It is suitable for textile, dyeing, chemical, food processing, mining, and paper mill wastewater systems.

-Sludge Dewatering

PAM (especially cationic types) enhances the dewatering efficiency of sludge by forming strong and stable flocs, reducing sludge volume, lowering moisture content, and improving the performance of belt presses, centrifuges, and screw press dewatering machines.

-Oilfield Applications

In oil extraction, PAM is applied for enhanced oil recovery (EOR), drilling mud additives, fracturing fluids, profile control, and water plugging. It improves viscosity, stabilizes drilling fluids, and increases oil recovery rates.

-Papermaking
