Product Description

The Center-Drive Single-Pipe Sludge Scraper combines gentle mechanical raking with hydraulic suction in one slim column. A central gear motor (0.01–0.03 rpm) rotates a vertical return pipe that doubles as a structural shaft; two scraper arms convey settled sludge to the pipe mouth while a low-head pump or hydrostatic difference draws the slurry upward through the same pipe to the discharge flange.

Because the suction point travels continuously, no stationary sludge hopper is required, eliminating dead zones and odor generation. The unit needs only 1.2 m side-water depth and fits tanks 4–20 m diameter, making it ideal for retrofits inside existing service reservoirs or package WWTP basins. All mechanical parts remain above water; the lower guide bush is grease-lubricated and replaceable without dewatering.

Fabricated from 304/316 stainless or coated carbon steel, the scraper is shipped pre-assembled—bolt to the center pier, connect power and sludge line, and start operation.
