The quality indicators of PAC (Polyaluminium chloride)

2025,11,04
Basicity:The degree of hydroxylation or alkalization of a certain form in PAC (polyaluminium chloride) – a key wastewater treatment chemical – is called the basicity or alkalization degree.     Basicity is one of the most important indicators of PAC (polyaluminium chloride) and has a very close relationship with the flocculation effect.   The higher the concentration and salinity of the raw water, the better the flocculation effect will be.

pH value:The pH of PAC (Polyaluminium chloride) solution – a critical wastewater treatment chemical – is also an important indicator. The pH value of PAC (polyaluminium chloride) generally increases with the increase of basicity.     Liquids with the same basicity concentration have different pH values when their concentrations are different.
