Printing and dyeing wastewater mainly originates from processes such as desizing, scouring, bleaching, mercerizing, dyeing, printing, and finishing. The primary pollutants include various fibrous materials, dyes, textile sizing agents, chemical auxiliaries, surfactants, and finishing agents used in processing. These constituents are the key targets for control and emission reduction in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment.
The flocculant decolorizer developed by our company achieves an optimal decolorization rate of up to 99% for actual printing and dyeing wastewater, demonstrating excellent performance. Its treatment efficacy is superior under acidic conditions compared to alkaline conditions. When used in combination with inorganic low-molecular-weight flocculants, it produces a synergistic effect, accelerating the flocculation and sedimentation rate during treatment.
This product is a water-soluble cationic resin, presenting as a viscous, transparent gel-like liquid. Its viscosity increases with higher polymer molecular weight. It is miscible with water in any proportion. However, exposure to strong acids, strong bases, hard water, or similar conditions may readily cause the formation of a white precipitate. Furthermore, its solubility in water decreases once the polymer reaches a certain molecular weight threshold.
