Customizable High Purity PAC for Drinking Water Treatment

Drinking Water Grade Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC) is a light yellow powdery inorganic polymer coagulant designed specifically for drinking water treatment. It meets national drinking water hygiene standards such as GB 15892-2020/2009. This product is made of calcium aluminate powder, high-purity hydrochloric acid, and other raw materials through a high-temperature and high-pressure reaction or spray drying process.

The manufacturing process ensures that the content of heavy metals in this PAC is extremely low. For example, arsenic, lead, cadmium, and other indicators are far below the national standard limit. This makes Drinking Water Grade PAC suitable for scenarios with strict requirements on water quality safety.

Features:

High purity and safety: Aluminum oxide (Al ₂ O ₃ ) content is equal to or greater than 29.5%, salinity ranges from 40-90%, and heavy metal indicators strictly comply with drinking water standards (such as arsenic ≤ 0.0002%, lead ≤ 0.001%).

Physical properties: Light yellow powder, with uniform and fine particles that are easily soluble in water, leading to a fast dissolution rate. It forms large and dense flocs with high settling efficiency.

Environmental protection and economy: The dosage required is only 1/2 to 1/3 of traditional coagulants (like Aluminum Sulfate), which helps in reducing processing costs. It has low corrosiveness to equipment and is suitable for a wide pH range of 3.5-5.0.

Stability: When prepared into a 10% aqueous solution, it remains stable for 30 days and can adapt to various water quality conditions, including low temperature and low turbidity water.
