Product Description:

White Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC) is an inorganic polymer coagulant and an emerging Water Purification material. It is a water-soluble inorganic polymer between AlCl ∝ and Al (OH) ∝, with a chemical formula of [Al2 (OH) nCl6-n] m, where m represents the degree of polymerization and n represents the degree of neutrality of the product.

It is usually made by spray drying or plate and frame pressure filtration, and has the characteristics of high Al ₂ O ≮ content (generally 29% -31%), low water insoluble matter (below 0.6%), moderate salinity (40-90), and is widely used in drinking water purification and other fields.


Features:

High water purification effect: With a high content of Al ₂ O Ⅲ, it has a strong adsorption and coagulation effect on suspended solids, colloidal impurities, etc. in water, and can effectively remove COD, BOD, arsenic, mercury and other heavy metal ions from water. It can reduce the turbidity of high turbidity water, and the purified water quality is better than ordinary coagulants such as Aluminum Sulfate.

Good stability: It has the advantages of good spray drying stability, wide adaptability to water area, fast hydrolysis speed, strong adsorption capacity, large alum formation, dense quality, fast sedimentation speed, low effluent turbidity, and good dehydration performance.

Non corrosive: The aqueous solution is clear and colorless, non corrosive to pipeline equipment, does not introduce harmful ions, and is safe and reliable to use.

Widely applicable pH range: It can effectively exert coagulation effect within a wide pH range, without the need for a large adjustment of the pH value of the raw water, and can meet the purification needs of general raw water.

Easy formation of flocs: easily hydrolyzed in water, forming various forms of Al (OH) m+ ions, which undergo electrical neutralization and adsorption bridging with impurity particles in water, causing colloidal particles to destabilize and flocculate. The formed flocs have a certain strength, are not easily broken, and have good precipitation performance.
