Product Description:

White Poly Aluminum Chloride (WPAC) is a high-purity inorganic polymer flocculant designed specifically for drinking water treatment. It is made of aluminum hydroxide powder and high-purity hydrochloric acid through the spray drying process. It is white or milky white powder, easily soluble in water, and the aqueous solution is clear and transparent, without heavy metal impurities.

Compared to ordinary Polyaluminum Chloride (yellow or brown), its production process is more refined, with a higher AL ₂ O ₃ content (≥ 29.5% -30%), lower basicity (about 50%), and a water-insoluble content of only 0.3%.

This product complies with national standards (such as GB 15892-2005, GB 18592-2009) and is widely used in high hygiene standard fields such as drinking water, medicine, cosmetics, etc., gradually replacing traditional coagulants such as Aluminum Sulfate.

Features:

One of the significant characteristics of white drinking water grade polyaluminum chloride is its high purity and safety. It is free of iron and other heavy metals, and the aqueous solution is colorless and transparent, meeting drinking water hygiene standards. This makes it especially suitable for scenarios with strict water quality requirements.

Another key feature is its efficient flocculation performance. The multi nuclear aluminum hydroxide complexes carry strong positive charges, allowing them to quickly adsorb suspended solids and colloids. This leads to the formation of dense flocs with fast settling rates.

White drinking water grade polyaluminum chloride also demonstrates adaptability to a wide pH range (5.0-9.0), showing excellent performance in low temperature and low turbidity water.

Moreover, it has low corrosiveness due to its low degree of hydrolysis, making it less corrosive to equipment. This makes it suitable for water treatment in acidic and neutral environments.

Regarding economy, the dosage of white drinking water grade polyaluminum chloride is only one-third to one-half of traditional aluminum salts. This reduction in dosage helps in lowering processing costs.

Lastly, this product is environmentally friendly with low residual aluminum ions, minimal impact on water salinity, and easy disposal of sediment.

Applications:

Purifying drinking water and industrial water supply, removing turbidity, organic matter, and heavy metals (such as arsenic and fluoride).

Rural decentralized water supply treatment can be directly added to the water tank and left to stand before use.

Replacing aluminum sulfate as a neutral sizing agent can improve paper whiteness, folding resistance, reduce equipment corrosion, and support the application of calcium carbonate fillers to reduce costs.

Sugar decolorization and clarification, pharmaceutical raw material purification, cosmetics manufacturing (requiring high-purity raw materials).

Treating oily wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, mining wastewater, etc., especially suitable for purifying low-temperature or high turbidity water.
