These components undergo a meticulous high-temperature and high-pressure polymerization procedure to produce the desired product.
Two common methods utilized for the creation of PAC are spray drying and drum drying. Both techniques contribute to the production of a water-soluble inorganic high molecular polymer with the chemical formula Al 2 (OH) n Cl 6−n L m . In this formula, 'm' denotes the degree of polymerization, while 'n' signifies the degree of neutrality present in the final PAC output.
High Efficiency: PAC forms large flocs quickly, with good settling and filtration properties. It has a strong adsorption capacity and requires a smaller dosage compared to other coagulants.
