Product Introduction

Defoamer Agent is a fast-acting, silicone- or mineral-oil-based antifoam emulsion designed to eliminate surface foam and entrained air in municipal, industrial, and off-shore water systems. Effective at 1–100 ppm, it ruptures foam lamellae instantly, reducing COD spikes, improving oxygen transfer, and preventing overflow in aeration basins, membrane bioreactors, cooling towers, and drilling mud pits. The low-viscosity formulation disperses without dilution, is stable from 0–80 °C, non-toxic to bio-cultures, and meets NSF/ANSI 60 for potable contact. Supplied in 25 kg cans, 200 kg drums, or 1 t IBCs, it cuts energy and maintenance costs while ensuring clear, foam-free effluent.
